We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This website does not use cookies or tracking tools; it is a purely informational and enquiry-based presentation of our services.

Booking enquiries

When you submit a booking enquiry to us (via contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone), we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, travel dates, flight information, pick-up location) in order to process and manage your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

Disclosure to our Egyptian service partner

In order to carry out the transfer, we forward the data required for the journey (e.g. name, flight details, pick-up location, contact details) to our Egyptian operational partner company, which actually carries out the transfer. This transfer to a country outside the EU/EEA is based on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR, as it is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded between you and us.

Communication via WhatsApp

We primarily communicate with customers via WhatsApp for reasons of accessibility and convenience. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group). Please note the privacy policy of WhatsApp/Meta for details of processing on the part of that provider.

No payment data is processed by us

Payment for the transfer is not made through our website and is not received by RED SEA MARKETING & E-BOOKING MANAGEMENT LTD. Accordingly, we do not process any payment card or bank data.

Retention period

We store your data for the duration necessary to process your enquiry/booking and for a further period of up to 24 months thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) regarding your personal data. You also have a right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
