These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of transfer services arranged and managed via the website of RED SEA MARKETING & E-BOOKING MANAGEMENT LTD.
(1) RED SEA MARKETING & E-BOOKING MANAGEMENT LTD is a company based in the United Kingdom that provides marketing and booking-management services for an Egyptian tourism partner company.
(2) The actual transfer service (provision of vehicle and driver, carrying out the journey) is provided exclusively by the Egyptian partner company, operating under the supervision of a coordinator from RED SEA MARKETING & E-BOOKING MANAGEMENT LTD.
(3) By submitting your booking enquiry, you instruct us to arrange and manage your transfer booking with the Egyptian partner company.
(1) Booking enquiries can be submitted via the contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
(2) Upon receipt of your enquiry, you will receive a booking confirmation from us stating pick-up time, vehicle type and price.
(3) Before the travel date, we additionally send you a reminder/confirmation message (usually via WhatsApp); you are asked to confirm the booking or, if it is no longer needed, to cancel it.
(1) The prices stated on the website are final prices for the respective vehicle/route category.
(2) Payment is not made via the website and is not received by RED SEA MARKETING & E-BOOKING MANAGEMENT LTD. The agreed price is payable directly on site to the driver or the Egyptian partner company, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
(1) As no advance payment is made to RED SEA MARKETING & E-BOOKING MANAGEMENT LTD for the booking, no cancellation costs arise on our part in the event of a cancellation.
(2) A cancellation or confirmation of the booking is possible via WhatsApp (preferred), email or phone. We ask for a response at the latest upon our confirmation message before the travel date, so that the vehicle scheduling with the partner company can be adjusted accordingly.
(3) Short-notice cancellations without a response may mean that an already scheduled vehicle can no longer be used elsewhere; we reserve the right to decline future booking enquiries in such cases. No financial claims arise on our part as a result, since no payment is made to us.
The services offered are passenger transport services that are provided on a specific date or within a specific period. Pursuant to § 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), no statutory right of withdrawal exists for consumers in respect of such contracts.
The customer is obliged to provide accurate information when booking (in particular flight data, contact details, destination) and to notify any changes without delay.
(1) RED SEA MARKETING & E-BOOKING MANAGEMENT LTD is liable within the scope of its activity as intermediary/booking manager for its own fault in accordance with statutory provisions.
(2) The executing Egyptian partner company is liable for the actual performance of the transfer service (vehicle, driver, execution of the journey).
(3) Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except in cases of injury to life, body or health and in cases of breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the customer is a consumer with habitual residence in another EU member state, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that state remain unaffected pursuant to Art. 6 of the Rome I Regulation.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
