When should the return transfer start from the hotel?
The pickup time follows a simple rule of thumb: three hours before departure plus the pure travel time from your hotel to the airport. Example: with a 40-minute drive, the recommended pickup is 3 hours 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time. In special cases, such as very early morning or night transfers when there is barely any traffic and the roads are empty, we can move the pickup up to 30 minutes later on request.
Why exactly three hours?
The three hours cover check-in, baggage drop, security check and possible waiting times at passport control. Especially in high season, several charter flights often land and depart at Marsa Alam and Hurghada Airport in quick succession, so some buffer matters.
Can I book the return transfer together with the arrival?
Yes, and we explicitly recommend it: booking arrival and return together gets you 10% off the return transfer, plus an extra discount on a city tour to Port Ghalib and the old town of Hurghada. That way you don't need to worry about anything else during your holiday and can focus fully on trips like boat tours, safaris or visits to the pharaonic sites.
How is the pickup time confirmed?
You send us your hotel, flight time, passengers and luggage via WhatsApp. We then confirm the exact time in writing.
Is the return ride private?
Yes. The vehicle is reserved only for your booking and drives directly to the airport.
